We are David and Melissa Read and are student landlords with over 21 years’ experience. We pride ourselves on not only providing excellent and affordable student accommodation, but also on a service you can rely on. Because we are a family run business, you won't need to deal with agents and there are no hidden fees.
Leaning on personal university experience, we realise the importance of providing you with the reassurance that we will not only deliver accommodation to the best standard but also that we will respond with urgency to your requests, no matter how small.
We specialise in offering modern, fully furnished student accommodation that service all UoG campuses, including Park and Oxstalls. A number of our houses are just a few minutes' walk from Francis Close Hall and Hardwicke and a number of our houses have free parking. We also offer:
